I bought a couple of small bags of dog food to Pets Valu the other day, but when I got home I realized that the bags were marked "free trial". Now I understand that the seller can not sell free samples or promotional materials. They can not sell their products at a higher price if the manufacturer specific mention of a price. ei. books in bookstores.
