PetSmart return policy?
I just got two pet rats and a rat in a cage defined habitat for them, now that I see is a very poor, defenseless for buyers (me when I bought it ..), cheap materials, not much space, high price. I found much better alternatives (swallows cages) in line for the same price and … if I can return this cage for a refund. What happens is currently being used by them, and could be used by them during 5-6 days until it's new cage. PetSmart accept return for full refund if you have used for a week? Or do I have to house rats in a room with cardboard boxes or something anything until you get the new cage? What would you recommend instead of cardboard? I will not take cardboard, just give them their little room for a few days, cardboard boxes and nest material does not work?
