Hey what are the things you look for in a retail bank.?
I am in the process of doing a customer survey at a bank and I would like to know what qualities people look for in a bank.
It could be customer service, new or innovative products etc.
Also like to know any pet peeves you have about going to the bank etc.
Pet peeve is the long lines at the window and drive through.
I look for speed of service. How nice the tellers and other employees are. Also safety features to cut down robberies.
