Hartz flea medication?
Not really a question, but a warning to all you cat and dog lovers who use flea medications on your pets. I am highly recommending that none of you use any type of Hartz flea medications or collars. I had 2 of my cats that had to be rushed to the vet’s office on Sept. 3rd, 2008 after both of them were suffering from seizures caused by Hartz flea drops. One of them came home after spending 3 days at the vet’s office. The other was not as fortunate and died on Sept. 4th, 2008. Although Hartz knows of the reactions and affects on animals, after receiving numerous complaints and reports, they are still producing and selling their products. There needs to be something done to stop this company from producing and selling their products.

Its amazing that this stuff is still on the market. The amount of consumers that have had issues with these products is huge. One of my cats had a bout of diarrhea and that was the first questions our vet asked. We hadn’t, but of course that sparked my curiosity, so I researched it and couldn’t believe the things I read.
