Creating a Capital Congress

It is not difficult to see how most Americans look at Congress. Whether that opinion polls or in-person interviews on the street, people believe that national legislators how he did not like parents: They know they have to live with them, but hope to have the least contact possible. Congress then blame us for feeling this way? Year after year, Congress seems beyond an impasse on the issues immediate interest to the country. Global warming? We need more evidence, perhaps in deep water in the streets of coastal cities. Health care million Americans without insurance? There always seems to be the agenda of the next decade or next. A balanced budget for the country could begin to cut billions of dollars of debt before it completely consumes our ability to meet the growing needs of a population expansion? But it would cost the individual interests of their pet programs, subsidies to enterprises, and tax cuts – to finance the campaigns of members of Congress. It would also mean disappointing the legions of highly paid lobbyists who have developed a close relationship with long-term members of Congress. Pressure groups offer much campaign money, and whatever the ethics legislation at the time, there are wars to richly reward its friends legislation.

Instead of seeing positive action as a witness after the U.S. and corruption in Congress. Whatever the old sleaze, corruption, influence peddling, and personal scandals that reflects the old vices – that smacks of a sense of entitlement. While appreciating the reasons for most of the critics, we also noted that Congress is working both as founders intended. The legislature has been and is designed to be "inefficient" federal element, the slowdown of the "effective" branch office.
